In order to prepare human cadres capable of meeting the needs of work and keep pace with developments and rapid changes that occur and because the organizations with effective communication are 50 percent more likely to have low employee turnover rates, FB Group involved its employees in “Effective Communication Skills with Global HC” Course which was held during the period (7 / 7 / 2019 to 15 / 7 / 2019). 

The course lecturer was Ms. Rania Kudsi and The main course outlines were : Definition of Effective Communication, Communication Strategies , Communication Styles , Communication with Impact , Conducting Productive Meetings , Interpersonal Skills, Effective Listening , Constructive Feedback , Delivering Bad News Effectively and Transform Destructive Conflict.
